Pair Bulk Data

First off I want to say that I have no official standing with the Pair Bulk Data web service provider (https://pairbulkdata.uspto.gov). I'm just a consumer of their web service and these pages explain how I use their web service to do different things. I also point out problems I've encountered as well as suggest possible improvements.
